In my 40 years of working for various large global corporate companies, in both management and management training roles, I have gained a great insight into business strategy and leadership styles.
In my various roles, I have engaged in large projects with multi-national corporate clients. The success I have enjoyed has been for multiple reasons in varying situations but, the common theme has been to successfully use my emotional intelligence and empathy throughout the process, with all involved.
In my time as a Training Manager for various companies, there was always a common theme from the delegates, who voiced their opinion about their satisfaction and engagement in their role, based on the way they felt they were managed and regarded. In various managerial roles that I held, it soon became apparent that there was a direct relationship, between the success of a company and the way its people felt about themselves.
My natural interest and qualification in psychology, combined with my experience in management, training, and coaching, inspired me to set up my business to help companies achieve greater success and enhance the bottom line.

Every business, throughout the world, exists to make a profit. In so many markets this is becoming more and more of a challenge.
Many will spend a significant amount on various initiatives to improve their profitability, with varying levels of success. The need for a healthy Return on Investment becomes ever more crucial in a highly competitive market.
In terms of a company’s staff, it is vital to maximise the Return on Investment, not through exploitation but, by creating an atmosphere of engagement, loyalty, and willingness to achieve. Those leaders that naturally have Emotional Intelligence and Empathy will achieve this more easily. Those that have their main skills and talents in other areas of performance, are likely to have to work harder to attract and retain good talent.
